A prenuptial agreement is a written contract between two people before they are married.  It normally lists all of the property each person owns and specifies what each person's property rights will be after the marriage

Under Thai law, you specify assets involved and separate them into two categories—community property (Sin Somros) and separate property (Sin Suan Tua) You can also specify how finances will be managed during the marriage. but restrictions on child support are generally not allowed.
