A requirement under Thai law, is by all foreigners wishing to work in Thailand must hold a work permit.
Many foreigners will try to work in Thailand with out a work permit, this is certainly not recommended. The penalties are quiet severe if you are working and not in possession of a work valid permit. The employer must have a minimum company capital of 2,000,000 Thai baht
The employer company must have up to date balance sheet
