Loans:

We are able to arrange instant cash loans against any property or land up to 50% of the sale value we place on the given property that is owned by the
borrower or the borrower's company.
Our rates start from 1.5% per month and the loans can be arranged for a period of between 6 months up until 1 year.
We require the original land title deed from you and your company papers (if the p0roperty is held by your company ) and we also charge you a fee of 3000
baht which will be refunded if you accept the loan. Our complete fee for this service is 3% of the total loan value less the original payment of the 3000 baht
No monthly re-payments are neccessary however the loan needs to be paid back by the last day of the loan contract or you could be putting your secured asset in jeopardy.
The Interest is taken in advance so a typical loan would look like this.
Hourse value 3,000,000 baht owned by the borrower, loan allowed up to 50% of the sale value that we agree is 3,000,000 baht.
Loan taken for 1,500,000 on the 1 st June 2006 for a period of 10 months.
Interest at 1.5% per month totals 225,000 baht; set up fee 3% of 1.5 million (45,000 baht less the initial 3000 baht fee makes the set up fee 42,000 baht

Actual cash given 1,233,000 Baht
Amount to be paid back 1,500,000 due on or before the 1 st of March 2007 The minimum amount of time you can take the loan over is 6 months however if you find that you take a loan for 10 months and yet pay it back after 6 months we will return to you half of the outstanding interest due for the further
4 months so in this case if you repaid the above loan over 6 months and not 10 months you would receive a further refund of 45,000 Baht.
